The administration of the vice-chancellor of students’ affairs is one of the essential aspects of the Spinghar Institute of Higher Education (SIHE). This administration is in charge of the present and graduated students’ matters. This administration is to control the committee of examination, performing the tasks, which is concerned with newly recruited students, completing the statistics of all the students, making plans and strategies for the graduation anniversaries, and verification of the documents of present and graduated students.

The administration of the vice-chancellor of students’ affairs commands four other departments (the students’ affairs department, employment, and counseling department, examination department, and physical fitness department).
