Organogram

Organizational structure, often referred to as an organizational chart or organogram, defines the formal lines of authority, relationships, rights, responsibilities and reporting within an organization. It systematically arranges human resources into a hierarchy consisting of top, middle and lower levels. A well-defined and sector-specific organizational structure enhances the organization effectiveness and efficiency by clarifying roles and facilitating communication. This structure ensures that orders and reports flow smoothly from the highest levels of management to support and technical staff at lower levels, promoting clarity and accountability throughout the organization.

Additionally, the hospital comprises various departments led by head of wards, specialists, lecturers and administrative staff. Technical, security and service personnel also play crucial roles in ensuring the hospital functions effectively, thereby contributing to the overall quality of healthcare services provided to the community.

The organizational structure of the hospital is established on the basis of decentralization approach, ensuring that the main responsibilities and authority of the director of the hospital are clearly delineated and monitored in a systematic and legal manner. This structure takes into account various hierarchical levels within the organization. Approval and implementation of the organizational structure are conducted by the hospital's administrative council, in following with the academic council of the SIHE. This collaborative approach promotes accountability and enhances the hospital's operational efficiency, allowing for effective management and delivery of healthcare services.
