Dr. Fazlullah Seerat son of Haji Engineer Gul Agha Seerat was born in Muni village of Shegal District, Kunar Province. He completed his high school education at Hudaybiyyah High School, in (2012). After graduation, he successfully passed the university entrance exam (Kankor) and was admitted to the Faculty of Medicine, Therapeutic Department at Spinghar Institute of Higher Education. He graduated from this department in 2017. Dr. Seerat then completed his house job at the Teaching Hospital of the Faculty of Medicine at Nangarhar University. Afterward, he participated in the Medical Specialization Exam conducted by the Ministry of Higher Education and was successfully admitted to the Pediatrics Department of the Teaching Hospital at Nangarhar University.in (2021) he successfully completed his specialization in pediatrics. Following his graduation, Dr. Seerat worked for nearly three and a half years as the Head of Bibi Fatima Al-Zahra Provincial Hospital in Nangarhar Province. With his dedication and professional expertise, he played a significant role in managing and improving healthcare services in the hospital. Currently, Dr. Fazlullah Seerat serves as the Health Attaché at the Embassy of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Turkey, contributing to the advancement of Afghanistan’s healthcare sector on an international level. His journey from a medical student to a specialized pediatrician and now a key healthcare diplomat showcases his commitment to serving his country in both medical and administrative capacities.
