Biography

Mr. Nasir Khan Jamal was born in 1985 in Hisarshahi village of the Rodat district in Nangarhar province. He completed his primary education at Ahdad High School located in Roadat district and finished his secondary education at Nangarhar High School in 2005. As well as, He successfully passed the national university entrance exam (Kankor) and was admitted to the Faculty of Economics at Nangarhar University in 2006 and which graduated with honors in 2010.

 Meanwhile, he successfully completed MBA – finance program from 2016 to 2018, at Khurasan University (Nangarhar).

Since 2010, Mr. Jamal has served the country in high administrative and academic positions in national and international organizations. Such as, he served as Provincial Finance and Procurement officer at The Asia Foundation, Program Manager for Civic Education project at Counterpart International (CPI), Project Manager for various projects with several local NGOs at different times, Quality Assurance Manager, lecturer and member of academic and administrative councils and central committees almost for nine years at Alfalah University (Nangarhar).

 Recently, he served as Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and as Vice Chancellor for Academic Research at Al-Taqwa Institute of Higher Education.

Mr. Jamal has published two academic research papers in reputable international journals as well.

Currently, he is serving as the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at Spinghar Institute of Higher Education (Nangarhar).
