Spinghar Institute of Higher Education (Nangarhar), as part of its vision and commitment to providing its students, lecturers, and researchers with access to a wide range of academic resources, seeks to establish agreements to grant them access the electronic libraries.

The SIHE aims to secure partnerships with internationally renowned and prestigious academic libraries that offer electronic books and other digital resources. Through these agreements, the students and employees of SIHE will have the opportunity to access these electronic libraries and their extensive collection of scholarly materials, subject to any necessary payments or subscription fees.

By expanding the access to these electronic libraries, the SIHE aims to enhance the educational and research capabilities of its community, ensuring they can explore a vast array of knowledge and resources from around the world. This initiative aligns with SIHE commitment to providing its stakeholders with the tools and resources needed to achieve academic excellence and contribute to the advancement of knowledge.

The SIHE has established open access agreements with several international libraries, which allows teachers, students, and researchers to access a wide range of electronic resources, including books, journals, published research, multimedia materials, presentations, teaching materials, and reference materials, without the need for physical access to these libraries. This arrangement provides convenient and cost-effective access to a wealth of informative and academic resources for the institute's staff, the institution currently has open access agreements with the following international libraries.
