Core Values
Spinghar University (Nangarhar) is guided by a set of core values that shape its educational, administrative, financial, research, and public relations activities. The university has a clearly defined vision, mission, and strategic goals, as well as annual goals and objectives, which are anchored in the following core values. The university regularly reports on its performance to the relevant authorities and departments within and outside the organization.
1. Respect for Religious and National Sanctities
The university values the rules, orders, and principles of Islamic Sharia. Also, the university’s administrative staff, faculty members, students, and work partners are obliged to respect the national sanctities of Afghanistan.
2. Responsiveness
All administrative employees, faculty members, students, and external partners of the university are obliged to carry out their respective responsibilities within the institute in a responsible manner, considering the impact and consequences of their actions, and avoiding any potential conflicts of duty.
3. Quality Assurance and Enhancement
The university places a strong emphasis on quality assurance and enhancement across all of its services and operations. It values setting clear goals, maintaining order and standardized procedures, as well as closely monitoring the effects and results of every activity it undertakes.
