There are no specific prerequisites or requirements for enrolling in the Diploma in Information Technology. However, certain forms and documents are required to fill and complete efficient registration for the organizing student individual files within the relevant department. The participants of DIT must be adhering to the following general principles, conditions, and procedures. These guidelines ensure a smooth registration process and proper documentation management. It is essential for all applicants to provide the requested information to support the administration in maintaining accurate records and enhancing the overall quality of the program.
1. Candidates may apply for the DIT either in person or online.
2. Complete the registration form accurately.
3. Applicants are required to pay the registration fee in the finance department.
4. A color copy of the applicant's ID (Tazkira) must be submitted.
5. Four recent photographs (3x4) are required.
6. After the successful registration in the database system, candidates will be assigned to the appropriate class.
