The Spinghar Institute of Higher Education held a recognition ceremony in its conference hall to honor officials from collaborating institutions and eight (8) faculty members from its three faculties, who successfully completed the process of attaining academic ranks. The ceremony included the distribution of appreciation certificates to celebrate their achievements.

The event was attended by Assistant Professor Mawlawi Ehsanullah Nasih, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs of Nangarhar University; Associate Professor Dr. Mohammad Azim Azimi, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Nangarhar University; Assistant Professor Sayed Samiullah Saidi, Dean of the Faculty of Journalism and Public Relations and Secretary of the Appointment and Dismissal Committee at Nangarhar University; Teaching Assistant Mawlawi Mohammad Tariq Mokhlis, head of academic staff Affairs at Nangarhar University; the Chancellor  of Spinghar Institute of Higher Education; the Director of Spinghar Momand 50-Bed Hospital; the institute’s chancellors, deans and deputies of the faculties, officials from various administrative units, and faculty members who received academic ranks in the fields of General Medicine, Dentistry and Medical Laboratory Technology.

During their speeches, Said Shamsuddin Hemmat, chancellor of Spinghar Institute, and Nasir Khan Jamal, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, welcomed the attendees and congratulated the faculty members on achieving their academic ranks. They highlighted the importance, necessity and process of joining the academic rank process and securing ranks. They also expressed their gratitude to the officials of collaborating institutions for their ongoing support and emphasized the continued promotion of faculty members and the development of academic ranks for other staff members.

Associate Professor Mawlawi Ehsanullah Nasih, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at Nangarhar University, praised Spinghar Institute as the first private educational institute to successfully and effectively complete the process of verifying and securing academic rank memberships. He congratulated the faculty members on achieving their ranks and assured the institute of full cooperation in academic and research activities, including similar processes.

It is noteworthy that the faculty members of Spinghar Institute who have been approved for academic ranks by the Ministry of Higher Education will now enjoy all the rights and privileges associated with academic ranks membership in accordance with the relevant regulations.
