In collaboration with the Department of Foreign Languages and Professional Development, the Counseling and Employment Center of Spinghar Institute of Higher Education organized a seminar under the title “Informational and Guidance Seminar on Soft Skills and Personality Development.”

This seminar was presented by the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Mr. Nasir Khan Jamal, on Sunday (15 Dec, 2024) in the institute’s main conference hall, with the participation of students from the institute's three faculties (Medicine, Dentistry and Medical Laboratory Technology).

During the seminar, Mr. Nasir Khan Jamal welcomed the attendees and provided an overview of the seminar’s objectives, importance and value. He also shared comprehensive information on the definition of soft skills, different types of soft skills, a comparison between soft and hard skills, the most common soft skills, and ways to enhance soft skills, and the benefits and advantages of soft skills in personal, social and professional life. Additionally, he addressed the participants’ questions in academic and professional manner.
