On Monday (April 21, 2025), Spinghar Higher Education Institute recognized and honored dozens of outstanding students from its three faculties for their exceptional academic performance during the Fall Semester of the 1403 solar year.
The award ceremony, held in the main conference hall of the institute, was attended by the General President of the Institute, the Director of Spinghar Momand 50-Bed Teaching Hospital, vice chancellors, faculty deans and deputy deans, heads of various administrative units, professors from the General Medicine, Dentistry, and Medical Technology faculties, and the honored top-performing students.
In the opening speech, the Institute’s General President, Mr. Sayed Shamsuddin Hemat, warmly welcomed the attendees and congratulated the outstanding students. He shared comparative insights into the students’ exam results for both the spring and fall semesters of 1403, highlighting notable improvements. He expressed gratitude to the administrative staff and faculty members for maintaining transparency in the examination and evaluation processes, and offered important guidance to students with lower grades, emphasizing the benefits of achieving high GPAs and percentage scores.
Mr. Fazal Rahman Ziarmal, Deputy for Student Affairs, also expressed his appreciation to the professors for upholding quality and fairness in teaching and assessments. He provided comprehensive details about the financial incentives and scholarships offered by the institute to top students and reminded students of their academic responsibilities.
It is worth noting that in this ceremony, appreciation certificates were awarded to students who secured the first, second, and third positions in their respective classes. Furthermore, the top three students at the faculty and institute levels also received special financial scholarships for the upcoming semester, in addition to their certificates.
