In line with the 1404 capacity-building program of the Foreign Languages and Professional Development Department, the Academic Affairs of Spinghar University organized an informative seminar on academic and educational policies, as well as the eleven quality assurance standards.

During the seminar, the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Mr. Nasir Khan Jamal, emphasized the significance of the ongoing series of policy-orientation seminars conducted by the institute’s four vice chancelleries Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Research and Academic Journal, and Finance and Administration.

In his presentation, Mr. Jamal provided detailed information on the Policy of Justice and Fairness, Academic Freedom Policy, Guidelines for Organizing Academic Conferences, and the Needs Assessment (Survey) Mechanism. He further elaborated on the importance of the eleven quality assurance standards, explaining them comprehensively and addressing participants’ questions in a logical, academic, and professional manner.

It is noteworthy that this series of seminars on institutional policies, organized by the Directorate of Foreign Languages and Professional Development, began last Wednesday. On the first day, the Student Affairs and Research and Academic Journal vice chancelleries delivered sessions on relevant laws, regulations, bylaws, procedures, and other essential topics.
